Anne started out as the sculpt Anne sculpted by the well known Artist Maribel
Valles Villanova and is #919 of a limited Edition of 1000, I am pleased to bring
this little one to life, Anne has vinyl 3/4 arms and legs, I enjoyed every
minute it took to reborn her, Each baby reborn at Dar's Darlin's is made with
the finest materials on the market and it shows. Each baby is given lots of love
and many long hours of labor.
When
she first came to the nursery she was given her first bubble bath and thoroughly
dried, Then she was carefully painted I use layer after layer of Genesis heat
set paints to achieve the beautiful newborn skin tones you now see, She has a
newborn light mottling to her skin in various shades to her body and face. If
you look close you can see light veining to the areas where real babies veins
might be visible on her head, temples, feet and hands. She was blushed in
all the right baby places no crease or fold has been overlooked her eyebrows are
painted one stroke at a time, Her lips were painted in a color to match
her baby like complexion then sealed with a semi gloss sealant

I feel the hair is one of the
most important Part of the reborning process. I have painstakingly ultra Micro
Rooted premium Med dark brown slightly wavy mohair just look at this hair it is
beautiful, I micro root with the German barbless needle it just picks up 1 hair
at a time, I root in the angle that the hair grows I also root the crown the way
it grows it has a nice crown with a small swirl to it this takes days to
achieve but the results are well worth it, Then I seal it inside with waterproof
glue It can be wet and styled now. Her hair can be combed straight or combed
into a little curl on top.
Each tiny nail bed was gently
tinted and lightly tipped with cream colored paint then triple sealed with a
matt sealant for protection and to give her that first clipped baby look. Her
nose has been opened and backed with dark felt. She has a new doe swede cloth
body that was made just for her, I have filled it with tiny glass beads for
weight and soft fiberfill for that new baby feel, look at how cuddly baby is she
just melts in your arms, You will not want to put this baby down she is so soft
and cuddly
Please note this baby is no longer
intended as a child's toy but as a collectible for mature Mommies and Daddies
who will handle her gently

Anne will arrive home with
a birth Certificate. Pink Will Beth dress and hat, A pink gown with bib, White
shoes and socks, White short sleeve white side snap under shirt and cloth diaper
with pink diaper pins, . She has a stuffed toy not pictured and a bottle, *She
has a modified magnetic pacifier, She has a blanket to keep her
warm on the way home. I will also send her first baby picture.
