What is IICRC?

The IICRC is a non-profit certifying body for the flooring inspection, floor covering and specialized fabric cleaning, and disaster restoration for the floor covering industry. The IICRC sponsor monthly certification classes to educate cleaning technicians. However, it has been our experiance that many carpet cleaners never attend an IICRC certification class, and some only attend for the recognition and never intend to use the procedures outlined. At Coys you can be assured we've attended these classes and use only approved products and procedures.
