Dear Bull Rider,

 For the new year, 2010 (beginning on Dec. 31, '09), the Lane Frost Challenge Tour will become an association in which members will pay a fee to receive a membership card.  The fee for the card will be $100 per rider.  If a rider turns out a bull, the membership fee will be forfeited to the stock contractor for bull fees.  Additionally, if a rider has not checked in with the secretary one hour prior to their event (unless other arrangements have been made) membership fee will be forfeited and bull will be assigned to an alternate rider.  Any rider wishing to register without a membership card will pay a higher fee to participate in the event and will not be eligible for the tour finale.  All other card fees will be held for additional monies to be added at the tour finale.

 

At this time, the location of the finals had not yet been established, however, participants will be invited to the finals based on a point system based on earnings won throughout the tour.
